What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
I'd say it's prioritization of responsibilities. There are many things to work and focus on, starting with client work.
You have to know what needs to be done now, what needs to be done soon, and what can be done later.
In my role as a senior consultant, I also have to focus on the business proposals of my company, Deloitte. We have to prioritize making sure we spend extra hours on business-related pursuits.
Then there's also career development and growth. There are so many certifications and things to learn. With AI right now, everyone's learning about AI, so there are new trends in technology and the financial world to learn.
Essentially, there are a lot of things happening at the same time. The biggest challenge for me is making sure I can prioritize the right things while also having my work-life balance.
