What do you do?
I manage all of our retail partners. Now we're sold in places like Target, Walmart, Kohl's, Macy's, and Best Buy.
So any place that you see our product that is not on our own website, I'm managing that relationship. That's all of our US retailers.
I also work with some global distribution partners that we have in Europe, the Middle East, and Australia. My main goal is really to increase our revenue through the retail channel.
In the last couple of years, that's grown from maybe being about 1% of our business to 40% of our business. I'm making sure that all of those relationships continue to run smoothly and are optimized. Then I'm also bringing in new relationships so that we can continue to grow and reach more audiences.
