What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
It's very similar to why I like the construction industry. You get to build something.
We are creating a company that is growing and getting closer to a vision we had for it when we started. It's meaningful and inspiring to see us constantly improving and better serving our clients.
I also really enjoy how dynamic the role is. There is no single function that I do day in and day out. It’s very dynamic.
