What does a day in the life of a financial consultant look like?
A day in my life specifically involves a lot of meetings. We're usually putting together meetings with clients, which can vary from traveling to their location. We serve most of the United States.
So, you might stop in for a two-hour meeting because they require you to come in. These are often formatting strategy meetings to figure out next steps and what decisions we can make. That’s pretty much the average day and makes up the bulk of it.
The rest of my time is a mix between coordinating with clients and ensuring we get the right information. I also work on putting together models. You're putting this data together and trying to make accurate, informed decisions based on it. It can be kind of hairy at times, but that encapsulates most of my day-to-day.
