What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
Technology, Media, and Telecommunications, or TMT for short, is a very broad set of industries. What I like about it is that we all walk around consuming content on small, medium, and big screens every day.
That's part of the media piece of TMT. The consumer experience is something I live and breathe daily. So, seeing all that goes into making it happen is pretty cool. I get to see it from different angles.
The telecommunications part is more like the piping, like a cable or streaming company that has the digital pipes to bring content to consumers. It's almost like the infrastructure.
You start to think about this whole ecosystem required to deliver creative content. And then there's technology. Talk about broad; technology applies to every industry to some degree.
That's a little more removed from the creative content side. It's almost like the business-to-business aspect of things in many ways.
I find it intellectually stimulating, and it's something I touch literally every day. It's not something I'm removed from; it's something I get to experience daily, being behind the scenes and seeing all that goes into it.
