How would you describe people who typically thrive in your industry?
People who are really inquisitive and like to problem-solve typically do well. We tend to be working on hard problems, and "hard problems" means not just the development of the medicines we create.
Obviously, doing things like gene therapies or complex protein manufacturing is hard all by itself. But even beyond that, we're looking at trying to establish complex distribution systems around the globe. We're also looking at trying to access novel pharmaceutical reimbursement systems internationally.
Almost everything we do has its own set of challenges. So, people who are inquisitive, who like to problem-solve, and who are willing to push through those challenges tend to be the most successful.
