How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?
I'd say that people who thrive in this industry are the ones who are go-getters. They're the ones where if they see a problem, they don't just want to put a bandaid over it, but they want to look towards creating a better overall solution, a better overall system.
So, the people who are more proactive, and work towards building not only a solid company, but a solid company culture. Those folks who lead by example.
They maybe do not only what's on their plate, but go above and beyond. Those people who again, really get involved with each aspect of the business, really attribute to success.
