How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?

People thrive in this industry who think that nothing is precious. You can work really hard on an idea, put it forward, and try it for a while. Then, something will change, and you'll have to pivot and leave that work behind.

People who can say, "Okay, let me take what I learned from that and apply it to this new thing," and not get wrapped up in the change or take it personally, really thrive here. I also think people who care about their work and the place where they work generally do well.

If you're just trying to come in and clock a nine-to-five, it's all-consuming in a way that can be really fun. But if that's not what you're looking for, it can be challenging.
