As soon as you lock something into place, it can swiftly change and domino affect you backwards. If you value efficiency and those types of things, which people in this role often do, you can get derailed pretty quickly and often.

That can be challenging, but it's usually to rebuild and do something stronger and better. You very often will move forward, then backward, then forward again.
