What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?
I think so much of success is actually how well you manage relationships and how people perceive you. I feel it's important to be genuine and to build real connections and relationships at work.
If you're not feeling like you can genuinely have relationships, it might not be a fit. I felt that way in past places, and it's impossible to thrive if you don't have good relationships.
So, I think paying attention to your relationships with your boss and your peers is key. Really focusing on communicating well with each other, encouraging each other, supporting each other, and making sure you're doing great work to support and share.
