What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I like that every project you're on is a little bit different. No project is ever the same, so every day you do a different activity.
Even if you have a utility strike or something, what you thought it was going to be can be completely different. Now, it's all about resolving an issue.
I also like that I get to see the jobs that I build. I get to drive by a build, a roadway that I build or a bridge. It's nice to see that I'm contributing to the community.
