What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
I like the variety of projects that you can work on. You could do anything from a road, a bridge, a highway, or a simple road.
One of the coolest jobs I was part of was paving the runway for NASA Ames in Moffett, Mountain View. It was really cool to see jets taking off right in front of my truck.
Just the variety of projects and locations is great. You're not just going to one place. You could be in Santa Cruz next month and in San Francisco the month after.
