Favorite Parts Of Working In The Healthcare Tech Industry As A Provider Growth Associate
Dylan, a Provider Growth Associate at Headway, appreciates the "high ceiling" for growth in the sales industry, noting a clear path from entry-level business development roles to senior positions with significant income and work-life balance. This upward trajectory, illustrated by seeing "people that were in that role, say 10, 15 years ago, that are now in a much more senior level role," motivates Dylan and highlights the industry's potential for career advancement.

What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
For me, it's the significant room for growth, especially within a sales career. I started as a Business Development Representative, which is at the bottom. It involves a lot of cold calling and tough days.
What's really cool is seeing people who were in that role 10 or 15 years ago now in senior positions. They have good incomes, great networks, and a good work-life balance. For me, it's about seeing the high ceiling for this role.
It can be a junior role right out of school, or it can be for someone in their forties or fifties making six figures, even seven figures. It's inspiring to see where you could end up.
It shows that with grit and a strong work ethic, you can truly advance and reach the next level.
