What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

I've worked in different industries in the past, and I would say what I really enjoy most about working in the humanitarian sector is the sense of inspiration I get through my work. It's interesting, it's challenging, and it's important.

Many of the people I work with feel the same way. We're really passionate about what we do, and that's not true of every job everyone has.

Right now, and usually this is true, I feel that I would gladly do my current job for no pay. If I could afford to, even with no pay, I would still show up and do my job. That's how much I love it. How many jobs can you say that about?
