One of the biggest challenges is balancing multiple priorities. Consulting often means managing several projects at once, each with its own deadlines and expectations. Keeping everything moving forward requires careful planning and adaptability.
Another challenge is ensuring that equity remains central to every conversation and decision. Sometimes that means pushing back, asking hard questions, or advocating for underrepresented voices. That can take courage and persistence.
