I think the biggest thing I enjoy about being in my industry is being surrounded by really smart, driven, and talented individuals who truly believe in what they are doing. This makes the day-to-day of work and life at work all the more pleasant.
It's having people I can collaborate with, learn from, and share victories with. It's also having people I can turn to when I need something, need help, or need to unblock a challenge. That's really what I enjoy the most.
It's the people you're surrounded by, because no great product is built in a vacuum by just one person in a room. Finding a great team and working with them will make everything else go so much smoother.
It doesn't matter how much you actually like technology; if you cannot find the right collaborators, it won't really go anywhere meaningful. If you can enjoy that collaboration, that synergy of minds and ideas, it will make every single day better.
