So, what do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

For me, it's the love of the creative work and the art that goes into making a film. I haven't been privy to the biggest blockbusters, which some can argue can be a little more formulaic.

But behind those scripts and productions are hundreds of really hard-working individuals. Everyone in a film production is focused on getting that shot right.

I don't find it common in most business settings for so many people from different departments, with different skills and values, to be so driven and united under one goal. I kind of wish that were the case for our politics and other things.

But in entertainment, I think everyone genuinely cares about making the best product. I love being a part of the industry where I'm able to find a way for all sorts of films to find an audience.

This can be for a specific demographic and a genre film, or it can be for 10 animated films for families and children. There's a whole wide variety of customers to serve based on the art.

I think that confluence of a variety of products available through film and art is just great to see. That's a fair part about the industry.
