What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

For me, I know I'm not just hiring someone for a job. I'm helping professionals move forward in their careers and further develop their skills. I'm essentially introducing them to new experiences they may not have had without joining Data Dome, my current company.

This not only impacts their careers but also has a significant impact on their personal lives. Whether that's putting food on the table for their family or relocating to a new city that has always been a goal of theirs. I realize the powerful effect my job has on others, especially when I offer someone a position and they're so excited they start crying.

These types of experiences are very real for me and make an impact. Of course, that's on the candidate side. But for my company, I have a direct impact on our growth. I can see the tangible headcount and revenue increases.

So, to me, it's twofold: I'm impacting people, but I'm also impacting the business. When it comes to cybersecurity as an industry, it's never going away. In today's world, digital safety is crucial.

I love the technological advances and different areas within cybersecurity that need more attention. In our case, that's bot protection; that's our focus, and it's very niche. Before joining this company, I had no idea that even existed. I really love the continual learning that comes from being within tech.
