What have you learned about this role that you wish someone had told you before you entered the industry?

I think that looking backward at it, one thing I wish I knew before entering the industry is the importance of connecting the dots backward. Starting a startup is incredibly hard, a million times harder than you might imagine at the inception of the idea.

It constantly evolves. You have to pivot a lot and meet the supply and demand theory to reach product market fit. But rather than getting lost in fantasizing about the future, it's important to focus on how each experience and challenge connects to the bigger picture.

I think resilience and adaptability are key. Also, the ability to navigate uncertainty with a clear vision is what helps people thrive the most and what worked best for me.
