Can you walk me through your career path, starting with your experiences in college and any internships or jobs you had before your current role?

My career path began at Arizona State University, where I studied technological entrepreneurship and management. This combined degree included courses from the Fulton Schools of Engineering and the WP K School of Business.

During my time there, I took on leadership roles. I was a LEAD two ambassador for the Fulton Ambassadors Organization and served as the president of Startup Village, where I started as a volunteer in my freshman year. These experiences really shaped my passion for entrepreneurship and innovation.

I was also heavily involved in hackathons and pitch events. Participating in these competitions taught me a lot about teamwork, problem-solving, and thinking on my feet. One highlight was winning the Zoom hackathon, a pivotal moment for me to step into the world of technologies like metaverse and extended reality.

Additionally, I had the opportunity to judge the "Change the World" competition at ASU. This gave me a new perspective on evaluating innovation ideas. I also worked part-time as an entrepreneurship catalyst at the e plus Eye Institute.

Before my current role, I interned at various companies. One was a Scottsdale-based MedTech startup named Researcher, where I interned as a product manager. I developed a web portal prototype for medical professionals. This internship was a great learning experience in integrating cross-sector real-world applications.

Later, I joined the Next Labs at ASU as an extended reality developer. There, I led the design and development of AI-powered XR projects.

All these experiences culminated in co-founding Guru Global Inc., where I served as the Chief Technology Officer. At Guru, I held a board of director position at a young age. This involved navigating investor meetings, collaborating with stakeholders, and steering the company's technological direction.

This role taught me the importance of stakeholder alignment, communication, and strategic thinking. Ultimately, it led me to a successful exit through an acquisition of the company by a private equity firm.
