What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
The biggest challenge in my role is balancing the immediate needs of the company with our long-term vision. In a fast-paced startup environment, it's easy to focus on what needs to be done today, but it's crucial to keep the bigger picture in mind.
Navigating things like collaborating with different stakeholders, seeing market demands, and observing the supply and demand on the sales side can also be challenging, as it's constantly changing. This requires a lot of strategic thinking and communication.
Additionally, staying on top of emerging technologies and figuring out how to integrate them into our platform is a constant challenge. However, these are all challenges I really love and enjoy taking on.
I believe this definitely suffices the whole contribution that the team has and also the passion that I have for it.
