What are some of your main responsibilities within your current role?

My main responsibility is on a team called Market Intelligence. My role is to analyze market data for compensation to ensure Cisco stays in line with the compensation strategy.

A lot of this involves pulling reports and survey data and tracking it against what we currently pay our staff. At the same time, I do a lot of technical work too.

I build out some of our SQL queries. If we need a specific cut of data, I can write that out and pull it for our client teams.
