How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?
People who don't take themselves too seriously. I wasn't expecting that going in. But within the architectural engineering construction industry, they seem to really like to have fun and have a good time.
But obviously, they balance that with the work they do. I think the collaborative nature of it makes it so you have to be able to talk to people and get along.
So I think that lends itself to people who like to be social.
