What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
This sounds like a cop-out answer, but I promise it's not: perfectionism. I can get stuck narrowing in on something unimportant about a design or exhibit. It wastes time and is less efficient.
Even though it might look really good by the end, it would take too much time and not be worth it. So, I've tried to adopt the "good enough" mentality.
It's not just "is it good enough," but "is it good enough to be viewed as good work or quality work?" versus "is it above and beyond when it doesn't need to be?" That can be inefficient.
