What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
That's a good question. The biggest challenge in my current role is making sure my work product is always acceptable and that I put in equal amounts of time for all my clients. That's probably the biggest challenge.
You're always learning in this profession and wanting to ensure your work looks good. That's always a challenge because you get a lot of different curveballs thrown your way all the time. You face novel legal issues with every client.
The biggest challenge is learning how to tackle new legal issues you haven't encountered. You need to do your homework, conduct legal research, and talk to people in your office to find the best approach. These kinds of legal issues will happen in your career.
I've been able to overcome this challenge with mentorship from smart people in my field, and by leaning on my own skills and strengths.
