I wish I had known about this whole world sooner.

I truly think that the job I'm in now is my dream job that I never knew existed. I never knew people did this kind of work when I was in college.

Quite frankly, I think in the past, people often undervalued or overlooked the term "recruiter." They'd think, "Oh, you just help people find other jobs."

I didn't realize there was a "major league" of this: executive search. You're not just helping small businesses find new people.

You're helping the biggest companies in the world find their most senior leaders, which can really change the world in many ways. I wish someone had told me about this space.

This is one of the driving factors for me wanting to be a part of advising and sharing my experiences. Maybe for that one person in high school or college who finds executive search interesting.

I think you should definitely reach out. I'm happy to share more and put you miles ahead of where I was when I joined, after already working another job for five years.
