What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
My biggest challenge in my current role relates to communication skills. In this environment, it's difficult to decipher what each doctor or nurse wants, as they each have different preferences. I feel that learning this adaptability takes time and requires good experience.
Additionally, I've seen many people who did not make it to the clinical trial, which ultimately means death. For those who are very emotionally attached, it's hard to see so many not survive. That is the reality.
Facing these realities may be difficult, but you learn a lot to move on and continue research.
