How do you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?
I highlighted earlier that grit is a very important skill to have. It's not something you're born with; you develop it. I would say you have to be comfortable with being uncomfortable.
You're going to be afraid sometimes, and that's okay. So, how do you convert that fear, that anxiety, into motivation and energy to push forward and figure something out that you need to figure out?
I think grit, being resourceful, and being able to master the anxiety and fear of the unknown are very important skills for everyone to have. But in particular for Amazon and for this particular industry, I think it's critical.
