"Taking you back to your time at UCLA, what did you do in undergrad that set you up for success in your career?"

What set me up for success was really joining different clubs and organizations on campus. That allowed me to meet a wide range of people with different interests and career aspirations.

I think that helps you be able to talk to just about anyone. You're exposing yourself to different people with different backgrounds who enjoy different things.

Being able to have a conversation goes a long way in your career with anyone. You're going to work with people older and younger than you, and you might not always have the same interests.

Always finding a way to make conversation, be friendly, and help each other out is something that goes a long way.
