What are your main responsibilities within your current role as VP of operations?
My current role's main responsibilities are to lead my organization, the operations organization. I ensure we are moving forward in servicing our clients and that the teams have everything they need.
I also make sure we have proper teams and that we're growing in a structured manner. I work with our sales group to grow the division. So, I wear two hats: one for growth and one for the sustainability of that growth, ensuring it remains profitable.
Additionally, I have some P&L responsibility to ensure we remain profitable and are moving in a good direction.
