What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

I enjoy the changing and ever-changing aspect of the industry. Language services and solutions are at the forefront of what all businesses are dealing with, and we're able to help connect our clients with their customers.

It's constantly evolving, but it remains super important. I was fortunate to move into this industry at a turning point, transitioning away from financial printing and services, which had a heavy focus on print and printed materials.

This shift was happening as the language services industry was really starting to take off around 2007. I appreciate that I made the transition at a really opportune time. I've been blessed with many things in my career, and lucky timing is one of them.

I really enjoy that it's changing. I enjoy working with and helping connect our clients with their customers. I also like the technology aspect of it.

It brings in a lot of different cultures, and we're working with countries all over the world. We're dealing with individuals in those countries who are either our clients or my employees. It's just fantastic, and no two days are alike.
