What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

I get to work with some of the most brilliant people in the world. Our products themselves help protect them and protect us, which is not something you take lightly.

Ultimately, whenever we do something or are having a hard day, you can stop, take a step back, and ask yourself: "What is the goal at the end of this?" The goal is to help make the world a safer place.

Specifically, with one of the products in my company, the Stinger missile, you see a lot of people working overtime on programs like that. It's out of production, but it's going back into production, and people are working really hard on it.

You know why they put in the extra hours. You see it being used in the field to help protect someone's freedom, their homeland, their sovereignty. So, it's really meaningful work from that perspective.
