What do you enjoy most about being in the entertainment industry?

I like collaboration, if I have to be honest. It's fun working with other people. It's nice to have a spotlight on an idea you suggested. It feels good when people agree with something you've proposed.

But it also feels good to make a small note that pushes something forward. For example, seeing someone react to your suggestion, "Oh, this is your idea. Hey, why don't we just tweak this a little bit? It might give us a better reaction." And then, "Holy s***, it does. Let's go with that. Why didn't I think of that?"

That's also really fulfilling. That only really comes from a collaborative environment where you feel comfortable speaking up and saying something. People also value that. I think you get a lot of that in the entertainment industry because people like to collaborate naturally.
