What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
I think what I appreciate most about being in my industry is that most people are in it because it is a passion for them and something they really care about as an art form. I think our industry is changing a lot, and it can sometimes be a really hard and fickle industry to be in.
The people that stick with it are doing so because they are passionate about it, versus doing it for the paycheck. It's not an industry that is particularly stable or always the most financially satisfying or fair.
It can be really hard, so the people who stick with it really care about it. I think there's something special about working in a community where everybody who's stuck with it is probably in their dream job. I think that's something special about it.
