I've learned how to be patient. I understand that people have different rhythms, learning skills, and communication styles. You have to understand that people move at different times, rhythms, and directions.
So, don't take things personally. Develop thick skin. This is a nice trait for patience, and you need to be adaptable.
Be resilient, flexible to an extent, and understanding to another extent. Empathize, but most of all, be patient and strategic with your patients. You need to understand how to move overall in the strategy.
So, I would say a great trait in this kind of life is to not take it personally. Develop thick skin, be adaptable, be patient, but be strategic.
