What do you enjoy most about your industry?

What I enjoy most about my industry, the coaching and training industry, is the ability to help people. It's helping someone be more confident, be more clear in their communication, and have a team that has a lot of potential but a lot of infighting.

It's about breaking down silos, fostering collaboration, and improving communication. That is awesome.

To be working with people and hear them laugh, hear them learn, and say, "Oh my gosh, I didn't even think of it like that," is really rewarding. Helping to be part of that unlock and that behavior change is what it's all about.

I'm really thrilled to be in this coaching and training environment because that's why we're here. We're here to serve in that capacity.
