What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
As a protocol owner, I led a cross-functional team to design, develop, and deploy an internal tool. My responsibilities included understanding user needs and the pain points we aimed to solve.
With that information, I developed a product roadmap and executed it. This involved identifying potential roadblocks or dependencies with other teams and resolving them in a timely manner. We also incorporated user feedback through surveys and interviews, and continuously iterated on and improved the product.
To sum up my main responsibilities, they were understanding user needs, identifying problems and solving them, and gaining buy-in from stakeholders.
