What entry-level positions are there in this field that an undergraduate college student might consider?

From a marketing perspective, at my company, we always look to hire interns during the summer. We have a global graduate intern program for college undergrads. You spend the first eight months of your journey at Bosch Home Appliances, at our corporate headquarters in Munich, working with a global team of recent grads.

This is a great place to learn about all the different functions of the business. Then, you are placed in one of the functions of the organization, from supply chain to marketing. They create entry-level positions for that role.

Here in Irvine, California, we try to hire marketing interns and supply chain interns. Going after those internship experiences can help land you into your first entry-level job. We also hire associate levels.

If you are interested in a sales position, you could start as a merchandising coordinator. You would be in the field, getting to know our products and training on them. That's another good place to start.
