What do you enjoy most about being a founder?

The most surprisingly rewarding thing for me so far has been building the team. I've enjoyed thinking about the culture and the people I want on the team, and how they'll interact with clients and each other. That has been so cool and special.

Mostly, I hire from my network, bringing together favorite people and individuals from past parts of my life. I'm essentially throwing them all together.

I've also realized that I really like the sales aspect of this work. I enjoy connecting with people and understanding different industries, founders, and companies, and how they operate. It's interesting and exciting.

I can apply learnings from one client to others. This also builds a larger knowledge base for evaluating future business opportunities or areas for expansion.
