Managing egos and expectations is the biggest, hardest thing to do. You always want to underpromise and overdeliver, and sometimes it becomes extremely challenging to find solutions to new, odd problems.
Managing people is always challenging. Additionally, sometimes finding solutions to really new, "watched finance" questions is hard.
