What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?

I would say how quickly it's evolving. Specifically, my company is in the software space for youth, amateur, and now professional sports. We are constantly capitalizing and adjusting based on changes in the market.

For example, there are certain legislative changes happening in our industry. We are evolving our product and offering to capitalize on those changes.

I've been an athlete my whole life and studied sports in college. Being able to put that to action and create based on past knowledge from college and other positions really contributes to my experience in that industry.
