What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
I would say mostly, to touch more on what I was saying earlier, it's important to keep your eye on the prize. Sometimes it is very easy to fall into the trap of getting stuck in the day-to-day of your job.
If it can get a little repetitive or monotonous, I think anyone will find that in any industry, in any role. But it's important to have those goals and keep them in mind when you are in those slow periods of your job.
Always keep the perspective that you're working towards something bigger, something better, and the work you are doing in that moment will help you get to that position.
