What have you learned about this role that you wish someone would have told you before you entered the industry?
I don't really have a great answer for this, just because of my personal philosophy. I feel we're given lessons when we're ready to receive them.
I'm grateful that every lesson I've learned was in a setting that was a positive experience for me. There's nothing I could say, "Oh, I wish I had known that before," because I learned it in a comfortable way afterward.
I also feel that everything happens for a reason, even small life lessons and minor mistakes.
