What do you enjoy most about being in your industry?
I would say that I probably enjoy working with everyone we collaborate with. I think a lot of the people in this industry are generally very similar and appreciate natural resources.
Most people in environmental consulting value natural resources and want to contribute to their preservation. We have a common goal of managing natural resources and developing sustainable solutions, acknowledging that development, whether for housing, infrastructure, or repairs, is always ongoing.
We are a state with over 40 million people, and it's crucial to support project management sustainably, protecting natural resources. It feels good knowing that everyone here wants to contribute to this goal.
Working in the private consulting industry means everyone is a bit more motivated to get things done. We want to succeed as a company, which aligns with doing our jobs well and protecting natural resources.
