What is your biggest challenge in your role?

The biggest challenge, I would say, is trying to convince credit to do a deal. Sometimes they get very stringent in their bucket of what they want to do, so it is a challenge at times.

There's a lot of convincing and negotiation that has to go on internally to get a deal across the finish line at times.
