What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?

What I enjoy most about my current role is the increasing responsibility and that I make a difference on my cases. The practice of law can be challenging.

It can also be fun because we're presented with challenging intellectual and analytical exercises. Law is really engaging, especially when you're in trial or arbitration, and you're making decisions that matter and have an impact.

At some large law firms, you can feel like a cog in the machine, questioning the impact you're making. But here, on my team, I never question that. Everyone is a valued, important team player making a difference.

The partners here empower us and give us greater responsibility. That's what I greatly enjoy about my role here.
