The biggest challenge is always communication in the immediate field. This is because legacy systems are still in place, and journalists are very keen on utilizing them.
The biggest barrier is getting everyone on the same page.
Whether it's migrating to UTMs or understanding what Power BI or Tableau is, a lot of education is a challenge. I would chalk this up to communication between two different business units: the business side and the newsroom side.
Bridging that gap has been a challenge, and I foresee it continuing to be one in the future. However, it's a challenge that has been narrowed down and is currently being worked on.
