How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?
I think people who typically thrive in this industry are generally public speakers. Many of them are extroverts and are really big thinkers.
I believe many are good at policy analysis, but they are also skilled in advocacy. They know the details and can articulate them clearly and continuously.
Those are probably key aspects. Most people in my industry are tenacious rather than stubborn. They are definitely willing to come together again and again to support the pieces they find most important.
