Patience is probably a lesson that I needed to learn. Making sure all your facts are right and that you're timely are always really important.
It's more than just not rushing through tasks to finish them. Getting your task as right as possible can be a hard lesson to learn, especially when you're learning something new and are excited about it and want to get things done.
Really taking the time to do your work, and also checking deadlines, are key. Make sure that you and your manager are in good communication about when something is due.
