What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
The biggest challenge in my current role is navigating ambiguity. I kind of like that aspect, though, because there are a lot of different, conflicting viewpoints on certain challenges.
I would recommend becoming fluent in how to use data to influence others and take emotion and ego out of problem-solving. That's a way I've been successful.
